Here we are in a November 2020 still faced with a very serious pandemic which negated the running of any club events this season.  Your Executive hopes that you are coping well.
We are asking our members to help the club meet the requirements of the Society Act this year by reading this Annual Report (in lieu of a meeting) and sending your approval either by email to [email protected] , Facebook Messenger to Raymond Wagner, or posting on the Cycling Comox Valley Facebook page.   Appreciated to receive this by November 30th.
Your 2020 Executive have agreed to stay on board for 2021. They are John van der Vliet, Mike Keohane, Raymond Wagner.
18 members paid in 2020.  Their membership will carry into 2021.
Our Revenue this year, which is from Nov 1/19 to Oct 31/20, was $503.84 (membership, clothing sales, bank interest).
Our Expenses were $1636.45 (admin, online fees, CyclingBC, website and 2019 end of season awards, bursaries, social).
Our closing bank balance as of Oct 31, 2020 was $9518.17. The full financial report can be provided upon request to members.
No events this season but some excitement with the theft of our trailer, however it was found intact with contents with just some minor damage to the lock latch.
Hoping that by Spring next year we can resume our TT and race series.
